All our sausage is homemade right in our store. We carry over 25 different varieties of sausage. Our recipes are made with pure chicken, buffalo, pork, beef, elk, ostrich and turkey.
We also offer a large selection of ALL NATURAL sausages, bacon and hams that do not contain wheat, nitrites, or milk products. This is specially made for gluten allergies or celiac sufferers.
We carry a large selection of sausages that are stuffed in a beef collagen casing; such as Turkey Italian, Tandoori Chicken, Buffalo (all natural) and a Chicken Breakfast Sausage. [ ALL PORK FREE ]
