We have over 25 varieties of sausage (smoked and fresh) to make with your game. All of your sausage is vacuum sealed and labelled with your name, animal and make of sausage.
All of your game sausage is kept separate from other game sausage in the store, and we "GUARANTEE" you get the meat that you brought in.
We take your cutting instructions upon delivery of your animal.
